Platteville Hillmen Boys JV fall to New Glarus JV 65-58

In a hard fought game the JV boys team came up short at New Glarus on Saturday afternoon. The Hillmen came out with great effort and intensity and fought till the final second. The boys showed great hustle, grit and determination but just came up a few points short in the contest. The Hillmen were led in scoring by Freshman Hudson Weittenhiller with 15 hitting 5 3 pointers in the contest. Sophomore point guard Randyn Schumacher chipped in 13 and Sophomore Small forward Cody Nodolf contributed 10. The Hillmen defense was a great team effort and everyone that saw minutes contributed in a way to keep us in the game. The Hillmen will be off until Friday when they host The Dodgers from Dodgeville in a SWC match up. Tip off at 6:00. Go Hillmen!!!
